Danang & Hoi An

Lacquer, lantern light, and a coastline that resorts have learned to treat gently. Hoi An keeps its trades where they have always been: in family houses where sixteen coats of lacquer dry at their own pace, on looms that have kept one rhythm for three generations. Down the coast, Danang holds the modern rooms. Between the two runs the story we are coming for — how new hospitality learns to live beside old craft without raising its voice. Filming is scheduled for Season One.
